Currently, we design and manufacture the following specialized incineration systems:
A. Hazardous & Industrial Waste Incinerators
Industrial operations inevitably generate complex and hazardous waste streams. For this reason, FALATec designs custom thermal systems capable of destroying:
- Liquid Waste: Including spent solvents, chemical effluents, and wastewater.
- Solid & Sludge Waste: Such as oily sludge, refining byproducts, and refinery filter cakes.
- Waste Gas & Thermal Oxidizers: Designed for VOC destruction and gas emissions control.
Technical Specifications:
- Technology: Rotary Kiln application for larger capacities, allowing 24/7 continuous operation.
- Primary Chamber: Operating at 1000°C for optimal solid breakdown.
- Secondary Chamber: Reaching 1100°C with a guaranteed 2-second gas residence time to destroy dioxins.
- Energy Recovery: Options available for hot air, thermal oil, steam, hot water, or electricity generation.

B. Medical Waste Incinerators
Healthcare facilities produce highly infectious and pathological wastes. Consequently, these materials require immediate thermal destruction to prevent biological hazards. To address this, FALATec designs medical incinerators that comply with WHO standards, ensuring low emissions and complete sterilization.
C. Animal Waste & Cremation Systems

Municipal Waste Landfill Construction & Separation (MRF)
